In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel the booking, please contact us as soon as you can. Your hire fee will be refunded as per the table below:

If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking and you have pre booked campsites, unfortunately we are unable to honor the cost of these charges and urge you to take it up with the individual sites.
